What Happens When You Call

1. We ask about the water, not the sale. Where is it appearing, when did it start, and does it take heavy rain or wind to show up? Your answers tell us whether this is an emergency, a tracing job or a maintenance question before anyone is dispatched.
2. Active leaks get damage control first. If water is coming in now, we talk you through the immediate steps - buckets, the ceiling-bulge release, breaker safety - and schedule securing the roof as soon as conditions allow.
3. The inspection comes before any quote. We inspect the attic side and the roof, find the entry point, and photograph everything. Then you receive a written quote for the exact work, which you approve before anything begins.
4. The repair is documented end to end. Photos before, during and after, so you have a record for your files or your insurance company, and a resealed, rechecked repair area when we leave.

Before You Call: What Helps

You do not need to prepare anything formal, but four details make the first call noticeably more useful: the room where water is appearing; when it started; whether it shows after every rain or only storms; and photos of the stain if you can take them safely from the floor. Never climb on the roof to investigate - a wet or damaged roof is dangerous, and the inspection covers the roof side.
